We are looking for commercial CSR’s who can provide fast and friendly customer service. If you have sales skills – that’s a plus.  We prefer licensed insurance professionals – but, if you are exceptional please apply.

  • Cognitive Test – Score of 70 or above required
  • Work Sample – Situational
  • Phone Interview and In-Person Interview
  •  First performance review with management/supervisor in 90 days.
  • All new hires start in customer support to understand the heart of the company before moving into other departments and specialization depending on your strengths observed by management and employee’s interests.
